Who we are?
FRETCHI, in Gruyère dialect "Fromager", is heir to a long line of Gruyère farmers and entrepreneurs. The history of MaFondue, FRETCHI's parent company, has its roots in the founding of La Laiterie Moderne in 1905 in Bulle, capital of the Gruyère region. This local dairy later became the first pasteurized milk distribution center for the whole of French-speaking Switzerland. In 2001, Fabien Vallélian, a Gruyère native with a strong attachment to the traditions of his region, decided to preserve this Swiss heritage by acquiring the dairy and specializing in the production of fondues

The FRETCHI boutique concept is based on a simple idea: to market a selection of the finest fondues, raclettes, wines and other local Swiss products, in a warm, wood and copper-colored setting. The concept can be deployed as a boutique or boutique-restaurant..
